Storm Spotters United

    As we build our website with the help of the Content Management Software (CMS) Joomla!, we seek out donations for add-on's that we feel will enhance or increase the value of our site to our visitors and members.  We are proud to have a community based site where people from all over the world can come and talk about storm spotting or storm chasing.  It's a great idea to learn about how things work in other countries and to help someone interested in visiting yours.

    Since Joomla! is an open source system, there is a large community of developers out there making add-on's to expand the function of a website.  One add-on that we are using is Community Builder, which allows a site to create a community (user) support website, by allowing them to submit articles, photos, links and more.  This is how Storm Spotters United™ is designed to function.  Our site is open to anyone that would like to contribute their knowledge, ideas or just about anything else to our site.
