Storm Spotters United is a free website that is being developed by our members in an effort to help promote storm spotting and chasing. Whether you are new to this or have been a member of the National Weather Service SkyWarn program since the beginning, we feel that this site will have information that will be of use to you. Join for free today and contribute your knowledge or questions to the public at large. Together, we can make a stronger community across the nation and possibly the world.
If youi have questions, please feel free to contact us or use the Forum. You must register with the site to use the Forum, but you will also gain access to other information that might help you along your way. We ask that people interested in more information about spotting or chasing, use the forum to get your information. You will hopefully find someone that is local to where you are and will provide better information than the site itself has. This is a community website and has been setup to allow everyone the opportunity to include content. The organization that maintains and operates this site is Kaufman County Amateur Radio Service, Inc., a non-profit 501(c)3 corporation, based in Kaufman Texas and a registered and affiliated ARES Organization and ARRL Club.

You can even signup for a free StormSpotters.org email account. What a way to help promote our site and program, not only do you get a great email address, but you also receive the reliable service or GMail, provided by Google, as they host our email service.
